They are all coming to my house for D&D and GoldenEye. We’re going to make like Prince and party like it’s 1999!
Damn dude. Can I be your friend!?
You can… But then you’ll have to get your ass to Pennsylvania fast. We only have 24 hours!
Goldeneye rocks
First things first….
I’m gonna make friends with several beautiful women. Perhaps a local college volleyball team.
Signing up for all the websites I’m on so that it becomes easier to do things with them when the effect wears off.
Lord of the Rings marathon!! Extended edition!
yas queen!
I agree with this 1000%. It’s not hard to get my friend group up for it in the first place, but if they have to, then I guess I get to recite all the trivia with minimal complaints.
We’re gonna get high and play strip Guilty Gear
I, and I alone, will be doing nothing bc friends are something I don’t seem to have
Yay I can play all those board games that require multiple people!
Well first we’d have a nice lunch down by the ocean. I know of a great place that has a lot of food stores where you can get whatever type of food you want. Then, we’re gonna go go-karting at a place in downtown. Then, we’re gonna go to the mountain slope to go skiing because I’ve always wanted to do that. Have a break at the lodge to eat before skiing. Then after skiing have some more food and a break at the lodge then retire for the night.
Install Debian and learn linux.
Also set up a ssh/smb/wg server.
But you only have 24 hours…
so…?
Is there something wrong? (Non-malicious)
Lol oh just that I’ve never installed Linux for personal use with it not turning into a 3 day adventure, minimum.
You’d be suprised what I do everyday. ;)
Ssh
WireGuard
Samba
Cryptsetup/LUKS
Suricatapi-holeI maintain these services all on a SBC the size of my palm (H3).
Hey if you’re able to do all that efficiently, more power to ya! I’m decent at Linux but far from an expert and it never seems like I’m " done".
I more or less the same…
I took a vocatinol school for cybersec and now I am doing college for server admin.
Hopefully, everthing I learned transfers.
Oddly, this is my 5th year with linux.
I have had a weird journey with Linux, personally. I’ve used it many times in the past, and one of my earliest installs when I was a teen, I was self teaching through trial by fire recompiling my kernel and hoping it was bootable afterwards.
Later I did SUSE briefly, then LFS for the experience, then Gentoo stage 1 installs. Wasn’t until several years later that I really got back into it with running Ubuntu servers at work. About 25 years of IT later, I’m switching back to Linux with OpenSUSE as my DD.
we’d go to my local brew, get drunk, hit the local boardwalk and then come back to my place and play halo
Eat a well done steak with Kraft mac and cheese and go see Morbid Angel (original lineup) live.
