I just read a book and decide that that’s it I’ll go to sleep and close my eyes.

I read (and sleep) on my side. I prop up the Kindle with a pillow and have it tilted something like 35° so it’s more comfortable. So far it’s the best setup I’ve had.

          I presumed, but wasn’t sure.

I sometimes wonder how many people out there have kinks like this. Like you pass people on the street and wonder… what are their innermost weird kinky desires… IDK, why, but I often wonders this.

Enough. Trust me. There’s a kink I’m specifically into where people have added a thing to their wardrobe to show they’re into this kink. Not something accidentally attributed to something else either. I’ve had a bunch of people notice it in my wardrobe and I’ve noticed it in others. Incredibly common when I never would have thought so.

              Hm… maybe.

I know about the zeta thing with zoophilia, don’t know about anything else I’m afraid, lol 😂. Maybe I haven’t looked hard enough, I usually don’t notice details… usually.

I have no idea what the zeta thing is. Mine is way more relaxed. An odd kink people don’t quite understand but still remarkably tame and with a growing presence in kink and popculture overall.

They put zeta (the Greek letter) on their social networking profiles, in the avatar somewhere usually, to indicate they’re into zoo sex.

Wait how is nobody talking about this stock photo making no sense? Like what does the rabbit and bucket even fucking mean? And how do you apply that to a meme?

I once tried to fall asleep to erotica on the theory that I’d have erotic dreams instead of nightmares but I couldn’t fall asleep so I listened to my sex playlist instead

People who fall asleep to ASOIAF (Game of Thrones) theories.

And then wake up to Glimballs singing “Secret Tunnel”

Your whole generation is fucked if there are enough people who require media to sleep to relate to a post like this. No wonder ya’lls mental illness statistics are through the roof.

“Doctor, I hear voices all the time!”

“What do you do during the day?”

    “At work surrounded by people.”

“What do you do at home?”

    “Watch people converse on TV”

    “What about when you sleep?”

    “Yeah, I leave it on.”

I don’t think babies have gotten any smarter over the years. They still eat whatever they get their hands on.

I just need media to play as I fall asleep to block out my tinnitus man, my mental health problems are irrelevant to that fact.

For me it’s less a case of ‘I need this ambient music to fall asleep’, and more a case of ‘I enjoy listening to this ambient music and also I can fall asleep to it’.

It’s changed a bit for me now, but when I was a teen I used to just whack on whatever I was listening to/enjoying at the time to fall asleep to, be it ambient, death metal, jazz, classical etc.

And as far as listening to people talking goes, that’s nowhere near a ‘this generation’ thing. The sound of quiet voices murmuring on is just a naturally relaxing thing, think of a parent talking to their baby to get them to go to sleep.

I do agree, can’t argue there. I don’t actually fall asleep to media, but I know people that do.

What we need is some outdoor activity, like hiking, cycling, whatever. I don’t think the gym is the right place, it’s still indoors. I think we’ve just lost touch with nature with all these smart devices.
