      I think that you’ve accidentally created a variant of mujdei, a traditional Romanian garlic sauce which every household does slightly differently.

        Isn’t mujdei not cooked though? It has a very strong garlic flavor. Cooking/roasting garlic really softens the flavor.

    Yeah… But why didn’t they cut the hard bits off the end of the garlics?! I would be upset if I was him too. No one wants hard chunks on their garlic garlic garlic bread.

    This is a train wreck trying to pass itself off as a Lamborghini. No oil, no butter, they are not roasted nor cooked nor prepared correctly (all the hard ends still on). Roast the garlic, make a paste with oil, salt and pepper and then you may be a bit closer to heaven.
