It’s not a good breakfast, nearly wholly empty on calories. If I cook him breakfast, it’s usually eggs and turkey sausages. That’s the “go to”. Most days it’s leftover dinner though. He loves that shit at 8am I don’t have breakfast (coffee usually). But like today, I broke my fast with some crackers and hummus at noon.
