minus-squareiltoroargento@lemmy.sdf.orglinkfedilinkarrow-up18·edit-23 days agoI wonder if a squirt bottle would still work/be better? Airsoft is pretty expensive from what I remember as a kid lol Edit: I’m sure it would be cheaper, so my real question is if the monkeys would respond well enough to water lol
minus-squarecattywampas@midwest.sociallinkfedilinkarrow-up26·3 days agoMonkeys are pretty smart, obviously not people smart but they’re a whole tier above cats and dogs. I doubt a water gun would work at a deterrent once they realize it’s only water.

minus-squareSaleh@feddit.orglinkfedilinkarrow-up8·edit-22 days agohow many monkeys can you fend off with a squirt-bottle? I’d expect that after two or three you have to refill it.
minus-squareZeffSyde@lemmy.worldlinkfedilinkarrow-up5·2 days agoAlternately, a spritz bottle with a few meters of range loaded with cheap Cheyenne/ hot pepper powder water might keep them at bay? I’m not a local. Pissed off spicy monkeys might need an unfortunate result.
minus-squareonslaught545@lemmy.ziplinkfedilinkarrow-up2·2 days agoIt depends on the gun. It could be one of those electric ones.
