Sounds like a healthy use of your time
Which one? getting myself purposefully muted? I’d say it is yea. If extensions/willpower cant stop me from being sucked into this website then getting myself banned will fix that. So even if I go back to the site, I cant do anything. That way I can force myself into breaking from it/doing other things.
The only reason I got so caught up in using it was because of the election. I had never used it before then. For 2 weeks I would be on the site CONSTANTLY, responding to comments left to me just mere minutes ago. It was a habit that had gotten way out of control. So what better way to break this habit than me being forced into taking a break from it by catching a temp ban
