    Imagine forcing the good mods that actually wanted to keep r*ddit from turning into a shit show to leave by getting rid of their 3rd party mod tools and expecting the replacements not to ruin everything.

      Are the first-party mod tools that bad? I wouldn’t be surprised seeing how bogged down the redesigned Reddit website is

        If the whole subreddit about saving 3rd party clients was to be believed, the first-party mod tools were pretty much useless, especially for those who are sight impaired. Though I can’t say for sure since I was never a mod and my memory of that subreddit is a bit fuzzy.
