The Oklahoma school superintendent, Ryan Walters, said “radical leftists” had created a narrative about the death of 16-year-old Nex Benedict that “hasn’t been true.”

Be very very careful reading any trans news stories from the nytimes; the company does not believe that trans people are people and deserving of all the same rights as cis people. They are disingenuous about their coverage of trans news.

Also if it’s an opinion piece on trans issues from the nytimes, you’re better off not reading it. Those writers spew misinformation constantly and intentionally.

Yeah, If Books Could Kill did a whole episode on this, there’s definitely people on NYTs editorial board with an anti-trans agenda

e; One organization who has actually done some real journalism on this was Popular Information when they got the police spokesperson to admit that statements they put out were done in ways that violate procedure for the express purpose of making this school look better

“I will continue the cruel cuntery, even if it causes the deaths of the children I have sworn to protect and educate. Oh, and for those who foolishly, and stupidly believe that this is pointless—hehehe… no, no… the cruel and vicious deaths of trans children are the point. and they will continue. Really… what can you do to stop us?” said the School Chief in a comment to a local news correspondent, frozen is shock.

the stakes have been laid out, the table is set, the game begun. if we lose, we die, people.

fight for your freedom and your lives, because that’s what they’ll take from you, in that order.
