Unlink your Facebook account from Spotify, done.
You should be able to remove all the “friends” that Spotify ported in years ago from your Facebook account like it did for everyone.
I buy albums and listen on my chosen app rather than use a social media music streamer.
Good for you, but that doesn’t answer OPs question.
