We’re high concept apes, and brutal animals, but also with a sense of justice and compassion. Things things (and more!) are all jammed into our brains. Contradictions be damned. But our brains were not “designed” to just “eat berries in a cave.”
I’m not a rodent. My brain was designed to build empires and then create complex criticisms of those empires.
