Professor: Good news, everyone!
The enemy of my enemy is not as bad an enemy as the other enemy.
I see how it might be difficult to notice the difference. Perhaps read both the title of the post and headline one more time, this time taking the time to check each word?
The difference is subtle, but it transforms the whole sentiment.
Because only assholes and incompetent people become communists.
Title does not match headline in a significant way. Reported.
CEOs of security companies are popping champagne bottles.
Something tells me that this might have not been a random incident.
When games work so well on Linux these days, it seems to me that there is absolutely no reason for Windows to exist anymore. Why does anyone use it?
For adults, literally everything that doesn’t directly hurt other living things.
Gonna have to disagree with you for two reasons:
Lol and the context is “What’s new in Windows Security”. Cannot make this shit up.
Russia started the Ukraine war in 2014 by attacking Crimea. Then they escalated the war in 2022 by attacking all of Ukraine.
No other escalations have happened. Claiming that it has is typical russotroll bullshit.
Please allow me as a bit of a centrist and a sympathizer of Israel say that if ICC wants Netanjahu to appear, then Netanjahu pretty fucking much should be clearing his schedule for the next few months and start packing. Together with Putin and I don’t know, perhaps every living American president.
(which means you have to update the extension to get updated ad lists)
Extensions get updated automatically, though, right?
You go back to lemmy. Oh wait
How is uBO Lite different from regular uBO?
Because Lemmy is fucking communist.
You might feel happy about this in your far left wonderland. But in the real world, the consequence of stuff like this spreading will be that CEOs will acquire better security, nobody will ever be able to even glance at them without getting tasered and you the consumer are going to pay for all of it.
Changing the social security system into a centralized one might work, but note that scandinavia (the place that has championed such systems) is having pretty big problems with their health care systems as well.
Perhaps IT work has tarnished my political mind as well, but I tend to think more and more that it’s not about the ideology, but about the implementation that matters.
