I hope I remember this moment in [10-50 years] when this song becomes a reality.
Future me: you expected this eventuality would come in your lifetime, but you’re still weirded out at the thought. Sounds too sci-fi to ever be considered normal.
Having visited in 2019, it was incredibly clean. They charged just a standard transient occupancy tax of I wanna say a few euros a day. But that’s multiplied by 24 million annual visitors staying for multiple nights each. I need to read this article when I get home and see what the new funds are earmarked for, because I remember being happy with everything from cleanliness to safety to transit while I was there.
Probably treating as “forgetting to write down their steps” before jumping to cheating; presumably you’ve been teaching them to show their work and they forgot to do that here.

Justice Alito cited the 13th century English legal treatise De Legibus et Consuetudinibus Angliae when he allowed states to ban abortion so I guess it’s pretty inspiring.
US Common Law directly traces its lineage to English Common Law, which in turn has its roots in Anglo-Saxon law. Courts still occasionally cite centuries old English legal cases.
The “surprise” is because he’s wanted, and is being actively hunted by the Spanish police.
An officer even got arrested for helping him escape, per the article.
