I read one paper behind these claims, and it is interesting? Definitely a wild rabbit hole if you are so inclined. Some highlights:

The distinction they make is interesting. They discern between:

— Right- handedness

— left- handedness

— mixed handedness

and — ambigous handedness

Analysis of LQ scores indicative of ambiguous-handedness demonstrated that this was the correct classification as opposed to mixed-handedness.

Seems like solid research, but some of the results and assertions are … well. Let me put it this way: I would like to see more research. It points to an interesting direction (criminal offenders beeing developmentally delayed), but I would like to know if a differently sourced population exhibits the same traits.
