In Greece we put the currency symbol like in the image, after the numbers. But I think in many other countries they put it before the numbers🤔

I don’t have much to add here and I haven’t paid much attention if the problem gets worse (though I think freely licensed content is rather important too), but this year I found some anarchist (and in general some hard-left leaning) bands and music artists that provide their music for free and it’s sooo nice, makes me want to donate to them:)

Also as I’m learning linux I’ve found some open source books which is very nice of them too.

Is this why such posts get so downvoted? Do people on lemmy really think that those posters defend the other party?

Aren’t we (the users of lemmy) supposed to lean vaguely on the left by a large factor?😅

When I see posts like this one here, I just get frustrated to see that guy using his mighty power for this, when the US is about to sink further into fascism, harming many many people in the process.

I don’t even really care that much that he lied in the past that he wouldnt pardon his son, I just get angry to see that of all things that he could do in this very critical time he has, he’s essentially securing his family while he is peacefully letting the country and its people sink. It just kinda verifies it once again that they don’t care much about the people, losing the elections for them it meant that they might have reduced profits.

I get that people would react badly on such post during the election, cuz they could allow the fascists to win, but the elections are now over, the results can’t change very much.😅

Doesn’t the majority of the people here see it as I do?

If I remember well, Paseo tracks steps with a single hour precision, unlike motionmate that tracks steps at single day precision. While I was gonna switch, I figured that Paseo would stop counting at random invervals… Probably my Miui was shutting it down or something.

Edit2: Well, I took half the dosage of the moutwash and did a flush and then ate the cheese paste with the bread. I dont know if it was the fact that I didnt use enough mouthwash, but the experience was kinda mediocre.

At first the spicy didnt register, but that might be because for spicy cheese paste it takes a little time to feel the burn. I think I could feel both the icy and the spicy sensations, depending on where I focused, but it wasn’t something amazing (or intense, but that’s probably because both sources were mild). I think the taste that lasted the most is the sweetener from the mouthwash.😅

Maybe one day I’ll make my cherry juice with menthol and capsaicin.

Heyy, I’m too in the process of moving from windows (10) to debian :) (though I’m very new to linux, but not new to open source software)

I was surprised that notepad++ didnt have native support for linux and while I tried many stuff, indeed I couldnt find a real replacement. I have kinda concluded that I will either use bottles with wine to run notepad++ (takes around half a minute to open) or use Geany and try to customize it as much as I can. (There are also Notepadqq which is kinda dead and NotepadNext which is still in very early stage.) I’ll probably go with Geany and chech on NotepadNext if it evers becomes good enough.

Well, as I said to someone else, while indeed debian probably is a bad choice for gaming, I barely game and the windows games I have are kinda old (Hades I is probably the most recent). I just casually play cs 1.6 or Supertuxkart every now and then :)

Maybe in the future I could experiment with the other distros, thanks for the suggestions.

After all this time, I might eventually just buy it as a “thank you” to valve, when the sales come.

Yep, I think you’re right, I’m currently flashibg the debian installer on a usb card which I’ll use to install debian on an external ssd I found. Vbox is too slow for my needs now.

Cs1.6: is this about the paid steam version or is there a linux cracked non steam version that can use multiplayer too? I’m not asking for a link, I just want to know what results should I expect from my searches.😅

Prism: I have heard about prism and tnx for the bypass, might use it. (I’ve also heard that tlauncher is shady, I might try to move my files to prism.) (I dont event play mc, I think minetest is better, but I dont play that either, lol. I just dont want to erase ancient worlds.)
