    I guess 9 is the closest, but I would never sleep on my face/stomach. I sleep on my side but not curled into a ball, with a pillow between my knees and the one under my head folded to keep my spine aligned. It’s a very specific pose but literally anything else and I can’t sleep.

    Before even falling asleep I tend to rotate through 2, 3, 17, 1, 16, and 9

    In addition to a modified recovery position with my top arm resting behind me to keep my chest flexed outward. -It’s an anxiety thing.
