Which days do you do laundry, grocery shop, cleaning, other life necessities? Any good planners or LPT YouTube channels for a less chaotic life?

I am not a very organised person with regard to time, but my wife and I plan a few days ahead and it works (without children). We don’t have a dedicated time for the planning itself, nor do we have regular meetings of any sort. We mostly wing it, but in a mostly responsible fashion, by which I mean we always end up doing what we set out to do, even if slightly late. Generally, I go by this : whatever it is, do it as soon as you can. Good luck

M, T, Th, F: work from home, have lunch with my husband (if work schedule allows), play with kids when they get home from school

W: work from home, have lunch with my husband (if work schedule allows), badger kids to do music therapy, play with kids

Sa: business meeting with my dad, play with kids, nap, grocery shopping

Su: play with kids, nap, play with kids

I’m in charge of all adhoc things outside of the house and financial. Husband is a stay at home parent and does all the home stuff.

Monday thru Friday, work from home. Go out to dinner 3-4 times week when my wife isn’t working, eat at home when she is. Thursday we go to a Mongolian restaurant every week (it’s so good). Friday night through Sunday is either projects (cars or house stuff), events (car shows or autocross), or just lazing around, gaming, etc. Monday we do our grocery shopping.

Seems simple but it works, and I’m always trying to do something productive. I don’t watch TV or laze around that much.
