I’m guessing that theater has been converted into a “gentlemen’s club”, and they’re running a special for two dances, assumedly of the “lap” variety, for a special price.
There’s laws like you can have bottomless dancers but not alcohol. Or you can have alcohol but then they have to wear pasties. Different laws in different cities and states… Or so I heard.

Correct. I used to live 8 blocks away. Never went to that one but am told they don’t serve alcohol. Which seemed weird for those kind of places.
Definitely unusual for the business, but I would imagine it’s better for the staff.
