    “I don’t agree with the man but no one deserves to get killed over their beliefs”

    I don’t believe it was deserved, but it wasn’t surprising and I’m certainly not upset it happened. He lived by the gun and died by the gun.

      Of course it was deserved. We hanged people at Nuremberg for doing the exact same thing Kirk spent his whole life doing.

          Sure. But that doesn’t mean he didn’t deserve it. In a just world he would be tried and hanged. Unfortunately we do not live in a just world. Best we get is “those who live by the sword will die by the sword.”

            Well, “deserve” is highly subjective. More than likely I would agree with some interpretations and not with others.
