    Didn’t even know cilantro paste existed. Sounds way better than eating leaves

      i actually would much rather have used fresh cilantro! The paste is more for mixing into stews and such it’s a bit concentrated for this purpose but I was out.

      Also improved with tomato and jalapeño but the person I made it for can’t eat 'em.

      Cilantro paste is a game changer for people who hate the texture of leaves but still want the flavor - you can also freeze fresh cilantro with a bit of oil in ice cube trays for a similar efect!

    Damn I’ll have to try it this way soon. That looks absolutely delicious. I make a bbq version pretty often myself that’s a framily favorite. I’ll top it with a drizzle of queso/bbq sauce along with a jalepeno coleslaw relish

    Please stop calling American “cheese” Cheddar… It’s a great injustice to a good cheese unlike the American gunk. Thank you!

      I don’t see anyone here calling it American cheese. Also, I’m American and American cheese is not cheese imo, I will never purchase it.
