I don’t understand your point. It’s possible to be healthy with or without excess muscle. It’s not healthy to carry excess fat.
It’s not, but without a diet change you’re unlikely to convert fat into muscle like that.

The thing is that I am eating very little. I am also almost in my 40s so my metabolism has started to slow down.
