- All government communication systems are subject to FOIA. - From the article: - This would make DOGE a Presidential Records Act entity, meaning records it creates are not FOIAble until years after a president leaves office rather than a Federal Records Act entity, which would make its records FOIAble now. - How fucking convenient. - I’m sure it’s just a coincidence nothing nefarious to see here
- We are absolutely all at risk here

- Their communications would still be publicly owned under that act.

- Maybe they don’t “work” for the gov because they are not on the payroll, they have no salary, they work for “free” - Then they definitely do not have the authority or legal access to the secure locations and servers they’re currently breaking into, making their actions literally treason. - While I’m not usually for the death penalty, I’d make an exception for fElon (and donvict) since their treason is so egregious.

- I don’t think they can have it both ways. It does not matter they collect salary or not. - It kind of seems like they can :(

- Treason is always free

- Isn’t it interesting how all these people who demand to have everyone else’s data are suddenly uptight about having the same scruteny?
- Dude needs another hair transplant for his beard. - What, just transplant it back to where it came from?

- Buttery males!!!
