Canadian here. Nothing irritates me more than politicians (and the journalists reporting their bullshit) that espouse “clean coal” or “clean natural gas” or go on and on. It’s not fucking clean. Shut the fuck up.

Being an optimist it’s waves throughout humanity and this is merely the most recent one. We are better as a species though still not perfect. My gut tells me we will make it out of this but like many times before the old thinking will need to die.

Controversial opinion which my dad and I share but the new Dune movies lack a level of artistry and creativity that Lynch did far better on with his. They are good movies, great even, but they just seem flat and soulless like any other Hollywood epic lately.

As a fan of the books I’m so happy I never watched the TV show. My gut kept telling me it will only end in disappointment.
