I get and appreciate the sentiment but Jane’s own research showed how sadly chimpanzees are the same as us. War raids, murder, infanticide, rape and even torture.

They’re our closest cousins and we all suck in the same way at a base level.

They’re going the way of Facebook. Facebook has been “1 account per person” for a while and if you somehow get screwed on your account there’s nowhere to appeal and no way to start over. They do tons of fingerprinting and even do facial matching across accounts to detect duplicate accounts.

This is just another nail in Reddit’s coffin and descent into irrelevance.

If you have a true 5.1 setup then increase the centre speaker levels relative to the others. Or get a much bigger centre speaker.

Most centre speakers are woefully small compared to the left and right fronts being towers.

I think it’s more of a mobile phone issue especially messaging apps. People see a meme they like on here or Reddit and download it. Then they try to send it to friends and family and Facebook Messenger or Signal or whatever can’t read webp.

I think you’re visualising the proposal wrong. The duct tape is to provide cushioning. Stick it around the edge so half is stuck on the inside of the bottle and half outside. All the sticky bits are stuck to plastic. No glue is left open to make skin contact.
