Can’t wait until we bail out most of silicon valley because they’re too big to fail.
Ok? Doesn’t change what I said.
Alright buddy, guess I’m an idiot. I know many people who are religious and don’t bother me with what they believe, Christian, Muslim, Jewish…
I was with you until the last sentence. As someone who is not religious in the slightest, I have no problem with people being religious as long as it’s not forced in me.
Agreed, we need to get the dad brainrot out of office. When, if ever, was the last time we didn’t have a dad for president?
Isn’t Fred Durst also white trash Fred Durst?
I was thinking Adam Scott’s dad
I’d be doing that anyway
Too obvious and on the nose.
Kristi Noem?
The fox one, of course
Super Scouter
A lone boy scout and his shenanigans in Vermont. Possibly bear fucking.
Yes, because this is, by design, a text only platform. You would not be able to see the “walking” here.
One also has a bald spot
And a whole lot of willful ignorance
I love how the “crack” in the coffee table doesn’t even follow the grain.
There was a good comment about describing the issue without sensationalist platitudes, alas a moderator inexplicably decided to remove it: https://lemmy.world/comment/18512841.
To summarize: a trans woman who went through puberty as a man will likely have a drastically different physiology than a non-trans woman, which may lead to unfair advantages in some sports. I understand Buttigieg was just acknowledging this.
With that said, the variation between body types of non-trans women may be large enough to encompass these types of differences for many, if not all, of these situations and the whole argument could be moot.
Again, acknowledging that these issues could arise does not make someone transphobic. Transphobic would be more along the lines of making outright bans instead of being considerate of all situations.
About as coherent as “we defeated Medicare!”
