Is there a lemmy equivalent for HydroHomies?

I think you’re misreading my reply (or i worded it poorly). I agree with you 100% and do contribute to the instances I use and the content creators I watch.
I meant it as “So what if they ask for help? Do, or don’t (donate)”
The initial post came off to me as a dig at the admin for openly asking for money.
So? Do, or don’t. Either their service provides people with enough value to donate to keep it running, or it doesn’t and goes under.
Altruism doesn’t pay the bills; but it doesn’t hurt to ask. Can’t blame them for that.
Regardless of the vehicle, It’s overall safer.
Yeah, they’re pretty close to the same truck. I would have loved the diesel option, but we’re deathly afraid of small displacement diesels in the US.
Frontiers are awesome little (relatively) work trucks. I don’t ever need to haul people so I ripped out the rear seats and installed shelving for anything I need to keep secure and dry. Big enough bed to throw nasty/oily parts. And a good enough towing capacity for most rental equipment like bobcats and lifts. Basically a half van.
I set the power to 50% and then double the cooking time. Takes longer but everything turns out better.
(I can tell this boy loves to be a menace)
You called that right. He’s pretty much a Border Collie in a cat body. Those are definitely going into the rotation.
My boy Mo
Or:
And probably dozens of other names I’ve appended Mo onto. He’s a good sport about it.—
Edit: I just realized this was his first time outside after hip surgery. That’s why his hair looks weird on the back half.
I thought so too. Head marking and ears kinda look like it.
I’m pretty sure this is how you opt-in to the cat distribution system.

This has been the easiest option so far. thanks.
I didn’t realize you could local host some of the apps like that. Guess this is going to force me to start learning how to do that. I’ve been wanting to set up a RSS feed too.
Nice. I tried doing it myself in ublock origin but never got it working right. I’ll try to find that thread and/or work off your example.
Mostly just keyword filtering but it would be nice to have some of Voyagers other features. I wasn’t aware you could local host it with a web front end like that. Looking into that as well.
Thank you!

They’re correct. Ozone generators do help with bedbug infestations, I’ll try to find the paper I read.
https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/32302460/
And another: https://ag.purdue.edu/department/entm/_docs/493_capstone/feston-capstone-summary.pdf
I used ozone generators as part of a bed bug treatment, along with CimeXa and Crossfire as I recommended in another reply. And it was effective. But I was lucky and found them before moving in, so I was able to seal the house up and go nuclear.
You don’t really want to run an ozone generator in an occupied house. Even if you seal a room up, it will leak out and probably not good to breathe. But it has the upside of killing just about anything living, so it will kill both bedbugs and their eggs given a high enough concentration and long enough time.
I bought one of these (not an affiliate link) and it was overkill.
I would almost accept AI accelerating humanity’s downfall if it could get us neutral, non-religious, non-prejudiced doctors & therapists for a while.
