Remind me to never fly with you in real life. At least not right before a new book in a series you’re into comes out.
Came here to suggest unraid as well. There are probably better options, but for a first timer, I can’t imagine a better solution. The ability to just add a hard drive to the array with virtually not configuration, as well as adding up to two parity disks is great. Caching is super easy too.
Plus they now support zfs so there’s that.
Yeah that’s what we do but it pales in comparison to FB Messenger’s polling system, apparently.
Oh dude. Keep going with DK2. If only for the soundtrack.
Some of the levels are just so beautiful.
The number of times my family complains about signal not having polls…
I started using qbit about a year ago after using deluge. I have gb down and 100mb up.
Unironically, a lot of that ratio is from Linux isos and other open source software distribution. Take the load off their servers!
I, too, am a seeder.

What on earth would you write?
Word on the street is that one of the mods forgot to renew the domain. I heard that it will probably be up and running again before too long.
See Jimi Hendrix live.
Wife: why is my computer not how I remember it being?
Me: it’s my love language!
My understanding is that M4 is very efficient, and I would imagine that its energy use on sleep is negligible.
And as for affordability, I think the M4 Mac mini is supposed to be a terrific deal, no? As long as you use the base specs.
I only ever beat it with a friend in 2 player. He really carried me, it probably would have been much easier for him in 1P!
THPS.
I’ve heard of people serious about coffee who use sugar. How much do you use? I’ve also seen people brew with sugar right in with the coffee grounds - do you do that or do you add it to your cup?
One of the hardest things to let go of when I gave up smoking pot was rolling joints. The ritual was so calming, and after several decades, a huge part of my life. But preparing a pour over coffee is so similar to that: wetting a paper, grinding, strong smells, heat. Not to mention the flavours of the different strains and the tinkering with the process to get the most out of your “stuff”. Only now I don’t bumble on like an idiot for 3 hours!
Nice. I quit smoking weed and reduced my alcohol intake to near zero a few years ago. To make up for all of the lost ritual, I dove deep into coffee brewing. It’s the only part of my day that I have complete control over and I love that.
I will try those beans! Thanks for the tip.

I use Lemmy on mobile and (old.)reddit on desktop. They both serve their purpose and I have no complex about it.
