I don’t know, could you explain please
Yeah I am behind CGNAT so I guess I have to use either Tailscale or wireguard as other users also suggested.
Thank you for the reply!
It’s not only not static It’s firewalled too! I can’t ping it from outside the network
tailscale is looking good I might try that
actually I was thinking about hosting my own fediverse service to own my data but I can’t do that without a static public IP and domain name.
yeah but there could be algorithm that runs locally I don’t see problem with that
You are correct, maybe 1 week is not that much time, I should try to use it for at least a month.
Thank you for the link!
Yeah, I am trying to learn Linux(also BSDs) by using and tweaking them, I don’t know if this is the right way to learn it.
I mean to know/learn about it ( sorry bad english )
how much time should I spend with a distro to actually get the gist of the distro? a month maybe?
Yeah, I mainly do it because I want to learn more about Linux and see what different distros offers. but yeah you are probably correct that I should just learn single distro properly.
yeah, I have tried Gentoo and it was fun installing it, however I user binary kernel since I didn’t have much experience in configuring the Kernel.
I know few basic commands of docker however kubernetes feels daunting, I couldn’t wrap my head around it.
I love FOSS because anyone in the world could contribute and make a better software for everyone! only this is the work that could be done worldwide. ( I can’t think of anything else but feel free to tell me if you know)
