Have you tried firefox containers? It’s a bit clunky but it should do just that

I actually was going to write something related to this but decided against it in fear of being downvoted and reported to hell. I already blocked all political subreddits and groups but still my feed is full of this american bloodthirst. I just hope I could block all non-european internet for few months.
