That’s a fair point, I also didn’t take a look a deep look at the code of conduct or there de-federation list. I do know that lemm.ee has a strong sense of not de-federating from other instances.

I think the idea to move away from .ml is a fantastic idea, but going to dbzer0 might be swinging too far the other way, I may be wrong on this point but they seem to have a love of anarchy. I propose moving to an instance that does not bring forth a massive ideology push, in this case I think lemm.ee is good place to restart this community, but that is just my two cents.

This is what I’m talking about though, this pessimistic attitude of we’re already at the end, “O woe is humanity, we’re finished, there’s no point in trying to help! Lets just all wallow in our own self misery and not try to find a better way.”
This is why it’s exhausting to try and get anything done to try and better the world.
You know, I never understood how people comment things like this. The world is messed up, but there is always hope for change, for betterment, for there to be a fresh start in the morning.
Comments like this just released into this kind of depressing echo chamber just spread negativity and hopelessness that is not needed in the world today.
I have done that, it’s not bad, a bit bitter but still pleasant in my opinion.
Though I do like my coffee black so maybe I just have a liking of bitter tasting items.
