I build multiple listing services for a living. It’s been fun watching all of the different parties involved freak out about this change.
I’ve been removing commission fields from APIs and removing constraints from databases for weeks

A 2001 ford ranger isn’t even a large truck. I assumed it would be some post 2020 monstrosity
What a world where two city’s are suing each other over a trademark.
Yeah, it would really expand what you can play. I have assetto corsa on PlayStation but never play it because it doesn’t support VR
It isn’t the browser being aggressive. It’s a protection called CORS (Cross Origin Resource Sharing) and you should configure your API to allow it.
There are likely loads of guides whatever language / framework you are using. Users shouldn’t need to disable CORS protections to use your site

Why are us troops in Syria? Maybe we wouldn’t get attacked if we weren’t in half the countries of the world
M3 is available starting next week so not very.
Most things are fine on arm these days. Don’t know what this person is on about
Yeah, my guess is OP is mad they they are the major shareholders of a bunch of awful companies. But when you’re the largest index fund and retirement investment provider in the world you end up owning most of everything.
Probably could have housed, fed, and employed those same migrants for that amount
I mean you just repeated the same acronym over and over and assume everyone knows what you’re talking about. The person trying to help you obviously doesn’t know what an ERD is and is asking for you to clarify.
You could easily describe what an entity relationship diagram is, or just not use an acronym for something in a general context. Instead you went for combative and condescending
Changelog is a great long form interview show more focused on the programming side of things and is great.
Unscheduled unguided tour of the capital
I’ve been diabetic for 20 years, glucometers don’t really vary in accuracy enough to matter. Look for one that has the features that make your life easier, apps, reminders, history, etc…
Sorry about your Kitty
In this analogy, GitHub would be the library and the awesome list would be the recommended by the librarian section. If my librarian stopped curating that section and just filled it with a specific type of book no matter the quality I would stop browsing their curated section.
I miss the days when awesome lists were curated to actually have awesome stuff instead of being a list of 250+ self hostable apps.
There is no way these are all awesome. Call it the giant list of self hosted apps or something that actually makes sense.
This is pretty close to one of Denver’s larger intersections, a cross between two major east - west and north - south routes. It’s had cycling groups of migrants for 6ish months but as far as I can tell it hasn’t been a static group. They mainly offer to wash windshields for cash but otherwise are no burden whatsoever on the neighborhood. The surrounding neighborhood is pretty wealthy as it’s close to Denver’s museums and largest parks. This sign is literally in front of a sprouts farmers market.
It’s unfortunate that we’re not doing more to get them more stable housing and employment but they in no way are causing problems. The only people upset about it are just upset about such a visceral confrontation of the inequality when they drive through these intersections. I’ve seen dudes in $100k Audis yelling at the dude just trying to get some money for food because he’s been legally barred from working for his first six months of being here.
Denver has a decent mutual aid network that is doing a lot to help, if you’re interested check out https://www.denvermutualaid.com/
