Sometimes just an initialism of something I’d know, like my ex-gf Angie (not her real name) had a gap in her teeth, so I’d tell my friends “Angie’s got a gap in her teeth so my dick’s gots to fit!” and so my password would be “Agagihtsmdg2f!”

Up until very recently, “goon” meant something different and had no sexual connotation whatsoever. I’m still a little hazy on what “goon” has turned into, and why.

I’m an American. I hate and oppose trump with every fiber of my being. I am ashamed to live here. I feel like I’m trapped, surrounded by idiots. I can’t afford to uproot my family and move out.

I don’t want to come to lemmy and be insulted, just because I’m in a country where too many people made the wrong choice.

The USA still has good people. Anti-fascist, anti-trump, anti-ignorance/cruelty/racism/hate.

All of the above. But start with cleaning up this planet. Build better / more sustainable and more diverse communities and energy production. Build arcologies in the arctic, deserts, oceans. Those are good “practice” for building the same off planet.

It all depends on the average age of families and density of family dwellings in your area. My neighborhood had scads of kids. We handed out a ton of candy. It was almost non stop trick or treaters for two hours.
