Don’t a lot of browsers by default have pings set up to track usage? Check the privacy section. There is usually a check box about sending daily pings to whatever company made the browser to track usage.
Not sure about the variations
though

+1 Making a habit of just exercise/going to the gym is the most important step. Do whatever is appealing to you on the first couple of weeks. Make at least a 15 minute session and repeat for the first couple of weeks.
Once you have some kind of habit of just going then you can begin focusing of what you want from the gym. If doing weights is your goal, technique is more important than weight. For cardio, just slowly increase the speed or volume (time) you work out for. Small steps are easier to stick to than going big at first.
This is great advice!
To add to this, doing some light exercise and spending some time away from busy life, like in nature, can also help improve mental well-being.
Can’t really comment on the older versions since I recently deployed the server. However from the past couple of updates, the background syncing has improved on the Android version. Before I had to open the app for it to sync but recent updates now upload media without me having to open the app.
For the app itself, works pretty well. There still seems to be bugs or weird UI changes like adding to albums disappeared when you click a photo or video but its there on the grid view if you hold the file.
Overall it seems pretty stable and it has a dedicated app in both iOS and Android. Use to use nextcloud with memories before.
