I pick up a mug with a flag of every country I visit. I don’t really collect them in the sense that I use them and threw some away because they were clearly too beat up.
They make good souvenirs on my morning coffee.
I have one with the flag of Amsterdam city and it seems to be indestructible.
I collect spoons as a 30 year old. I think I picked it up from my grandma. Sadly gift shops rarely carry them anymore.
