I’m suffering from anxiety-related panic attacks and looking to have 1on1 video sessions with a therapist to relieve stress. Ideally available on demand but I’m open to try any good therapy at this point.
I’m sorry I don’t have a good suggestion. Just please, don’t use BetterHelp. They have already been caught selling health data to advertisers.
That was my immediate thought. No suggestion other than NOT BetterHelp.
Any recommendations? Would love to have a “friend for a call” when I’m having an attack. But I live in Asia so might also need it somehow 24/7. A real human only though.
Thank you. Could you try to recommend one decent path then?
Can you narrow it down to a specific country? Licensure and regulation will likely vary on a per-country basis. Assuming you’re not in the US based on the global availability stipulation, but if you are, psychologytoday.com is a good place to start.
I’ve looked at it and it still requires me to choose a country but mine is not on the list (Vietnam).
Lots of therapists do zoom sessions.
Any idea how to get in touch with them?

“You don’t need a psychotherapist, have these pseudoscientific YouTube videos instead!” lmao

Lmao I didn’t call this guy pseudoscientific, I called these YouTube videos pseudoscientific.

You sound really angry. Have you thought about finding a therapist?
