Good science isn’t just in a lab. Birdwatchers are some of the biggest contributors to citizen science. :)

Things like eBird and iNaturalist have been pretty revolutionary for data collection and modelling and any and all data is valuable and will be used.

I don’t count loosing the game via a random meme. It misses the intent, to loose one must think of the game on their own. If you loose whenever someone randomly shouts all about it trying to force people to loose - thats just lame.
