Except the climate research industry. They alone can be trusted to provide objective research regardless of who pays them.

The what? I’m pretty sure the “Climate research industry” doesn’t exist.

I believe they mean that there’s no industry about climatic research, they are research groups. Industry implies there’s something being produced around it.

And Climate research (like most research) is spread across the world at universities, government agency’s, as well as private think tanks. But it’s more telling that the poster was implying there is some shadowy cabal that is lying to us about climate change. The Climate Industry, “BIG GREEN” whose research is monolithic and never questioned.

Do you mean like companies selling solar, wind etc. energy and green solutions and so on? Because of course their stuff should also be taken with a grain of salt.

Energy producers (one of the largest industries) of all kinds input propaganda into the world about their business - and their business is tied to climate research for public perception. Climate is definitely a manipulated message in one form or another

By denying, derailing, delaying, and deflecting meaningful discussions around the sector’s key issues, the agriculture industry is using the same tactics as the tobacco and fossil fuel lobbies.

And sugar. We fought these same battles with sugar and made giant steps but most of the damage that was done will continue plaguing the next couple of generations. Don’t let meat and dairy do the same to those generations.

It’s kinda naive to think that they’re not employing those tactics. Every coorporation/industry uses them.
