My mom has had fantastic success with weight watchers. As has my wife, but with her we’re talking 5 to 10 lbs she has wanted to lose. But it still has been a great system for her which has benefitted me too.

Oprah being a fraud that pushes pseudoscience to benefit herself shouldn’t detract from this.
