They might not need to. The Nazis had the problem of most Jewish people were living side by side with their non-Jewish counterparts. The Nazis needed to concentrate them somewhere so they could kill them efficiently. Gaza is already one big concentration camp, they can just pick a boogeyman (hamas) and use that as an excuse to shoot fish in a barrel until there is nobody left. Anybody who doesn’t get hit by the bombs dies of disease and exposure.

All those warnings to civilians to evacuate… All the relocation away from the main fighting areas… No wonder they have such a low bomb to civilian casualty rate.
