In a shocking incident, a 36-year-old man died after he was punched on the nose by his wife after he refused to take her to Dubai for her birthday celebration.

I mean, she could be an MMA fighter or practiced boxer however, that is unlikely. Even the vast majority of fight trained people would have issues hitting someone so hard they break the front of their face and kill the person with a punch.
