I think the issue may be the black character looks like it’s just a mask or hood at first. That’s what got me anyway.
Black lung isn’t from smoking, it’s an occupational illness related to coal mining.
Yeah, smoking can cause cancer, if you haven’t seen a pack of cigarettes the last decade or so.
