    Even in “good” school districts, often only well informed parents who advocate strongly for their kids are actually receiving the legally mandated services. Disgusting to see this gutted.

    We’re going back to the “good old days” where special needs children were hidden in cellars or sent to live far away from home because the family was ashamed of them.
