“including videos and images of a child under 18 engaged in sexual conduct” - not sure what your definition of child pornography is I guess but that sounds like it to me
People are trying to shift the nomenclature away from “porn” and towards CSAM because porn is produced consensually. If a child is involved, they cannot consent, so it’s material depicting the child’s sexual assault.

The term pornography implies consent. In most countries consent cannot be legally given by a child, therefore it’s considered abuse. And truly that’s what it is.
