    That might be literally true, that people just stopped calling with offers. But I don’t believe for a second that if he showed up to a casting for some comedy, he wouldn’t be offered something on the spot.

        If needs be, it would make sense to re-write the script for his return to movies!

      Aren’t actors agents supposed to do this sort of grunt work? If He really wanted to act his agent should be putting his name out there as much as possible. He’s got one hell of a resume, so I would have thought it would be relatively easy to get back into the game.

        Typically. But he’s been out for so long he likely doesn’t or didn’t have an agent. That’s kind of what I was getting at. If he really wanted to try to get an acting job, he could’ve in a heartbeat.

        But an agent isn’t even necessary of your big enough. Bill Murray famously doesn’t have one. You leave your pitch on his voicemail, he’ll get back to you if he likes it. Then you just hope and prey he actually shows up.
