Not so long ago, before being a parade, Pride was a demonstration. I don’t know how it is in the US but generally you don’t need contract renovations, corporate sponsorships or grant funding to demonstrate.

Damn straight. Anyone who didn’t realize this last November was deluding themselves. There were no second chances, as 2020 already was one.
Queer people will be lucky if they’re not killed by the government in the next few years. The goal now is survival with the hope that we can rebuild after the storm passes.
Wow, that’s a real shame. I participated in that parade many times when I lived there.
Then it’s time for it to become a protest again
