At a different point in my life I drank with a man who was very vocal about how supportive his pastor wife was of his bisexuality. Hell my childhood catholic priest told my father to quit being a bigot about me being trans.
I struggle to trust any given Christian, and part of the problem we face is the privileged position Christianity holds in society, but there are Christians resisting the evil. There are progressive protestants opening their doors to all people and catholic workers martyring themselves for leftist causes even today.
