    Nah, drink as much as your body tells you to. If you don’t need 3l on a day, don’t force it for no reason.

      You‘re right I corrected it. I‘m very active and most people I know need more than 2L so my advice is typically more than that. Obviously drink no more than is comfortable, but try not to dehydrate as even 2% dehydration can make your energy synthesis drop >20%.
