The only thing I’ve found to keep sane is that serenity prayer thing from AA: grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change, the courage to change the things I can, and the wisdom to know the difference I still want to punch people though, so ymmv.

I’ll worry about what I can do.” It gets to me too, its depressing.
