    There’s 30 years between them. When Die Hard came out it had a building explode and a man used a hose like a bungee cord to escape. And he lived. Yeah, it was the same level of over the top - we just got used to it.

      idk man, look at some bollywood films from the 80s and 90s. they have an entirely different sense of physics.
