Previous post mentioned this. I never thought that with reddit some of the groups are just advertising scams. I also never knew that people could sell their accounts. What types of accounts do people actually buy? High karma totals? Or something else?
It’s about account age for the most part. New accounts are easy to flag as spam.

Yeah, it’s not uncommon to see accounts that are like 10 years old but never posted much start spamming.
