so yeah, media and singular view points are not really helpful in feeling out a culture, what helps is traveling there and seeing for yourself. I mean, prejudeces have to start somewhere, and most of the time it’s from hear-say and media
Well, you try being brown with an accent for a day. Then you can comment on others lived experience. Until then, maybe just shut up and listen when they tell you what they’ve experienced.
